• Business contact information from public records — We collect business names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses from publicly available state cannabis license databases (including the California DCC, Washington LCB, and similar agencies) and public business directories. This information is used solely to notify licensed cannabis operators about CannaComply.
• Usage data — We collect basic analytics such as pages visited and features used to improve the product. We do not use third-party ad trackers.

How We Use Your Information

• To send you information about CannaComply if your business appears in a public state cannabis license database
• To respond to inquiries you send us
• To improve and maintain the CannaComply platform
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

Email Communications

If you received an email from us, your business contact information was sourced from a publicly available state cannabis license database. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing info@cannacomply.app. We honor all opt-out requests within 2 business days and do not email opted-out addresses again.

Data Retention

We retain business contact information for as long as necessary to operate our outreach program. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your opt-out to ensure we do not contact you again, but we do not use it for any other purpose.

California Residents (CPRA)

Business contact information sourced from California state license databases is collected under the publicly available information exemption of the California Privacy Rights Act. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
